Self-Cleaning Rotary Belt Magnetic Separator

METAL SEPARATORS

Belt-type separators with automatic cleaning units
Composed of two main parts: magnet and automatic cleaning belt
Metal particles captured by the magnet are discharged via a barrier-equipped rotating belt
High-power magnets are designed using either ferrite or neodymium blocks
For material heights above 35 cm on the belt, we recommend electromagnets
Electromagnets operate only when metal is detected, saving energy by not staying active continuously

Used to remove ferrous metals from non-ferromagnetic materials transported by conveyor belts, vibrating systems, or vargel systems. Commonly used in sand, gravel, cement, recycling, and coal processing facilities.

These separators have continuous and stable magnetic fields, capable of capturing metals within the material. The cleaning belt is self-barriered and custom-built for long-term use. Optionally, the cleaning system can be triggered by sensors to reduce operational costs further.
